About TruckScout

TruckScout helps food truck operators find events that are looking for vendors, keep track of application deadlines, and record how each event actually went. It's built for vendors, not event attendees.

What TruckScout does

Lists vending opportunities in the Tampa Bay area and within about 150 miles.
Shows a Profile Match Score based on your truck profile, distance, cuisine fit, event requirements and preferences.
Tracks the events you've saved and applied to, with closing-soon reminders inside the app.
Estimates travel time to each event and keeps a private Post-event Log of your sales and costs.

Where listings come from

Listings come from organizers' own public websites and from organizers who submit their events to us. Every listing is reviewed before it appears, and each one links to the organizer's original page so you can check the details yourself.

TruckScout never processes applications. When you apply, you do it on the organizer's own website, and the organizer makes every decision.

Beta

TruckScout is in beta. Coverage is still growing and features may change. Subscriptions are not open yet, and no one is being charged.
